ACI is currently enrolling cases in a nationwide clinical trial to evaluate a monoclonal antibody (AT-005) that is conditionally licensed by the USDA to aid in the treatment of dogs with lymphoma. The study is designed to assess the benefit of adding AT-005 to a multi-agent chemotherapy protocol for dogs with intermediate to high grade T-cell lymphoma.

We hope to establish baseline (pre-treatment) levels of activated T-cell expression of IL-2 and IFN-gamma in dogs with anal furunculosis. These baseline values will help us to interpret results using the same assay from dogs with anal furunculosis that are receiving cyclosporine.

The goal of the work is to determine a safe and effective dose of recombinant Listeria monocytogenes that induces Her-2/neu specific T cell immune responses in dogs with appendicular OSA. In addition we hope to determine whether this vaccine can prolong disease free interval and overall survival in dogs with Her-2/neu expressing OSA.
