Creating a Model Employment Contract Lawyers might love contracts, but for a veterinarian they can seem scary. Whether you are a prospective employee or an employer, the Model Employment Contract provides practical contract information with an explanation of legal provisions and fully customizable sections. This is a VIN Foundation initiative. To help get you started, VIN Attorney Raphael Moore, JD, LLM, presented a rounds that explains the model contract in simple terms. You can read the transcript or listen to the session. Those who have used it say it helped them work through the details without creating feelings of adversity between employer and employee. You'll find a link to the VIN Foundation Library in the Practice Management and Misc. sections of the Main library.
