Personal interests

  • When not slaving away at the office, I am usually slaving away in the back yard, tending the lawn, the herb garden, the very small orchards of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and muscadines, and the butterfly garden. I also like turning the fruits into jams and jellies as well as some other homecanning projects. I also enjoy cooking...too much.

What I like the most about VIN

  • As if there was just one thing. The up-to-date medical information, the multiple resources to help on patient cases, the ability to communicate quickly and frequently with other veterinarians from all walks on both professional and social levels, the friends I have made on VIN, the VIN Foundation projects including CancerVets, Vets in Recovery, etc. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.
