Incidence, Prevalence, and Genetics of Canine Diabetes
Diabetes mellitus appears to affect certain breeds of dogs more than others, suggesting a genetic predisposition. We are inviting pet owners to fill out information in a short survey about their dogs to see if we can identify specific characteristics of dogs with diabetes. All dog owners can submit data for our study, regardless of the diabetic status of their pets.
