What is your best story?
My "flea-nial" explanation -- If you take a helicopter and fly over the woods, odds are that you won't see any deer. Doesn't mean there are no deer in the woods, just that you haven't seen them. Your dog is the woods. The fleas are deer. You, sir, are the helicopter.

Usually works.

Clinical examples will be used to illustrate these concepts. Focus will be on clinical decision making and the diagnostic process including problem-oriented clinical reasoning, the assessment of laboratory data, and an introduction to evidenced-based medicine. This module together with the first module Pathological Basis of Disease are designed to prepare the participant for the organ system-based modules.
