Sharing Your Veterinary Forms with Fellow VINners
VINners help make each other better practitioners by sharing knowledge. Recently, a VINner asked for a form on the message boards and a colleague quickly stepped up.

Thanks to the generosity of VINners, the VIN Forms Collection contains a variety of sample forms, clip art, and handouts.

Many of the forms can be downloaded as MS Word files and then modified for use in your practice. More client handouts can be found in the Forms and Handouts section of the VIN Library.

Want to share your favorite newsletter articles, client forms & handouts, papers, and other tools with other VINners? E-mail the text or a scanned image to VINdatabase@vin.com, or send a copy via snail mail to 777 W. Covell Blvd., Davis, CA 95616. Be sure to include your name, telephone number and e-mail address with the copy.

Have something else you'd like to share? Contact membership services to find out how and where to send it.
