- Get a statement of your VIN membership charges and customize the dates.
- Update your billing information (payment option and/or method).
- Renew your membership.
- Securely change your password.
Prefer to talk to a live person? The VIN membership services team can make those changes for you, as well as: - Change your other secure log-in details.
- Set up or change your group membership.
- Change your name (VIN memberships are not transferrable to others. However, if you your legal name has changed, you prefer to use, or stop using, a nickname, or discover a typo in your name, the VIN membership team will be happy to help.
It's a Group Effort!
Colleagues working in the same practice qualify for group membership rates! Each practitioner enjoys the benefit of an individual account and personal login - maintaining preferences and professionalism - with the added convenience and savings of Group Membership billing. Remember, there is no such thing as a VIN 'hospital membership' where all colleagues use the same login. Every colleague at every hospital must have their own account/login, even if the billing is handled as a group membership within their hospital. (Check out this discussion on the VIN message boards about sharing login details.) This FAQ will explain how group memberships work. If you still have questions contact membership services at vingram@vin.com, or call membership services at 1-800-700-4636 (toll free) or 1-530-756-4881 (locally) or 01 45 222 6154 in the UK.

Annotations on Message Board Images in Presenter 3
Even on the clearest of pictures, it's not always easy to tell what you're supposed to be looking at on slideshow images posted to the VIN Message boards. With the new Annotations tool in Presenter 3, text, highlights, and graphics can now be added to the image, making it easy to see to just what area of the image the poster is referring. Note: Functionality for creating annotations will initially be released only to admins/consultants. As the process is refined, all members will be allowed to create annotations. If you haven't checked out Beta.vin.com now is the perfect time to give it a try! Keep an eye on this section of VIN This Week to find out what new toys you can help us perfect on Beta.vin.com.
