How Can A Sick Addisonian Dog Have Normal Serum Electrolytes?
Yes, in the literature, it says the 'physiologic replacement dose' of pred for an Addisonian is 0.1-0.2 mg/kg/day. But 5 mg/day is what a *human* with Addison's takes -- and I've never had a Labrador-sized dog (60-80#) need more than 2.5 mg/day.

Maximum Inter-Vaccine Interval For Puppies Receiving Their First Series Of Vaccines
For a killed vaccine like leptospirosis, it is very important that the initial two vaccinations be given within a 6 week window to establish a good memory cell population. For boosters after that, the manufacturer says no more than 18 months or restart the series. However, I've not seen any data to prove that this is necessary.
