The macroscopic appearance of the tumor at postmortem examination was misleadingly suggestive of hydronephrosis as a result of the large cavitation and may be similar to particularly unusual cases of renal leiomyosarcomas in humans that have a cystic or cavitated appearance.

What Should We Do Regarding A Cat Whose Mammary Mass Biopsy Came Back As Cystic Mammary Hyperplasia?
I would recommend radical resection on that side (whole chain). I would, of course, re-submit the tissue. (Sometime there is more aggressive histology buried in the lesion.) The pathologist can bread-loaf through the submission and then grossly inspect tissues.

A vial labeled heparin, but containing a controlled substance, is much less likely to arouse suspicion than a drug with a controlled substance label.

Cloudy Water And Dead Fish After New Carpet Installation: Could Chemical Fumes Have Killed The Fish?
Carpets can out-gas for five years (possibly more), although it decreases significantly several months after installation. The EPA advises ventilating well for at least 72 hours after installation. The EPA also recommends continuing to use fans for several weeks.

Minimizing Patient Stress

A staggering 52.8% of cat owners and 37.5% of dog owners report that their pet hates going to the vet. Client and patient stress, which ultimately increases our stress, has played a key role in declining veterinary visits over the last 10 years, but it doesn't have to be that way. The goal of this lecture is to empower every member of the veterinary team play to an active role in promoting patient comfort, therefore decreasing client and veterinary team stress, on a daily basis.
