Just browse to http://BETA.vin.com/mobile on your device and you're ready to go.

You can also log in to VIN and select MyVin from the main navigation bar or check it out right now here!

Keeping your notes, quick links to favorite VIN documents and features and links to other online sites in MyStuff saves time and hassle.

Now, when you're on the go the easy-to-use interface of Mobile MyStuff lets you search your folders and view and navigate between any existing links and notes you have saved.

Note: You won't be able to set up new links using Mobile MyStuff

The VIN Wizards have been testing many of the VIN calculators extensively on iPad and iPhone and they're now available for mobile device users to try.

These mobile versions allow you to use calculator functions on mobile devices that don’t support Adobe Flash. The VIN geeks will continue tweaking them to make them more user friendly and we'd love your feedback.

Access the calculators and other VIN tools on your mobile devices at http://BETA.vin.com/mobile.

(Note: The current versions were primarily tested on the iPad and iPhone -- Feedback from users of other systems is appreciated!)

REMEMBER: These features are currently available ONLY on Beta.vin.com.

Keep an eye on this section of VIN This Week to find out what new toys you can help us perfect on Beta.vin.com.

Diagnosis of an abdominal splenosis in a case of ambulatory paraparesis of the hind limbs in a ferret (Mustela putorius furo)
The histopathologic diagnosis of the surgically removed mass was splenosis. The abdominal pain and ambulatory paraparesis resolved after surgery, which suggests that the paraparesis was due to pain.

Comparison of the effect of single-site and multiple-site disk fenestration on the rate of recurrence of thoracolumbar intervertebral disk herniation in dogs
Dogs undergoing single-site disk fenestration were significantly more likely to have recurrent thoracolumbar intervertebral disk herniation than were dogs undergoing multiple-site disk fenestration. Disk mineralization at the time of first surgery was associated with recurrence, and 87.5% (21/24) of recurrences occurred at a disk space adjacent to or 1 disk away from the initial lesion.

Multiple endocrine diseases in dogs: 35 cases (1996-2009)
Twenty-eight of 35 (80%) dogs had 2 disorders; 7 (20%) had 3 disorders. The most common combinations of disorders included diabetes mellitus and hyperadrenocorticism in 57.1 % (20/35) of dogs; hypoadrenocorticism and hypothyroidism in 22.9% (8/35) of dogs; and diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism in 28.6% (10/35) of dogs.

Dog with complications following immiticide treatment for heartworms
Nikki is a 3-year-old FS Japanese chin. She weighs 17.4 lbs. I have seen her one time for a rescue group that I work with. I vaccinated her and tested for heartworms, for which she was positive. After I saw her, she was spayed and had non-split heartworm treatment at another clinic here locally. Things have not gone well and I have been charged with seeing if anyone has any brilliant ideas so that this dog doesn't have to get euthanized.

Lamb with a skull fracture: Treatment suggestions and response to therapy
Has anyone ever seen a lamb with a skull fracture from being butted by another adult ewe? This is a bottle-fed lamb approx 3-4 weeks old. X-rays reveal a V-shaped fracture on the right side of her head, just above her right orbit with what looks like another crack extending from it. Remainder of the head is intact.

Advice on setting up clinic websites
I was wondering if there are any studies on the impact of a website on the economics of a practice. I think our practice desperately needs one but I want to be able to put together a feasiblity study to present it to the practice owner.
