Ways To Decrease Tardiness In Staff Members; Can Paid Time Off (PTO) Be Deducted By Amount Employee Is Late?
If we have an employee who is tardy twice in a month, the second time I'll send him home without pay for the day when he shows up, unless he has proof of a really good excuse (newly smashed in bumper might work for me).
