An association between systemic cyclosporine administration and development of acute bullous keratopathy in cats
Systemic cyclosporine therapy was found to be a significant risk factor for ABK development, while systemic prednisolone was not significant.

Management of Otic and Nasopharyngeal, and Nasal Polyps in Cats and Dogs

While the 15% figure has appeared in the literature, that isn't close to what I see. I certainly have seen a few little dogs over the years that seem to get completely better without surgery, but it is nowhere close to 15% of the cases I see.

Cat With Severely Enlarged, Fluid-Filled Paw May Have A Mast Cell Tumor
This is an interesting presentation all right. Most cat cutaneous mast cell tumors are local problems only, but this one is odd enough that I think it would be worth looking for disease elsewhere before doing anything else.

Hepatozoonosis In A North American Cat
How cool is this! I've never seen it. The photo on your lab report is awesome!
