The VIN Membership Services team (VINgram) is always ready to help!
When you call VIN, the amazing VINgram answers! You never have to wade through a bunch of automated options to reach a live person.
VINgram also reviews membership applications, responds to member emails, and keeps track of billing and membership records. 
Their mission is to make joining VIN and maintaining your membership as easy as possible!

Reach them by phone Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, and by email at VINgram@vin.com at any time. Emails are usually answered within 24 hours, and phone support is limited from 8-11 AM ET.

They make sure you know how to access VIN and find the tools, resources, and information you need. No question is too big or too small!

VIN Reps are VINners who love VIN and enjoy teaching others how to get more from VIN. You never need to feel lost or alone...every VINner in practice is assigned a buddy* from the VIN Representatives team
They also monitor the message boards, assisting with frequently asked questions. Read about them, discover what they like, where they live and work, and put a face to the name.

*Don't remember who YOUR VIN buddy is? To find out, log in to VIN and click on MyVIN in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Under the COLLEAGUES menu, choose My Colleagues.
Your buddy's name will show at the bottom of your My Colleagues list. Click to view your buddy’s profile or click on the email icon to send your buddy an email.
