Welcome to the VCS/VCOG Clinical Investigation Gateway.

This system has been designed in an attempt to make it easier for you to enter patient information which can then be accessed by the principal investigator at a later date.

We believe that this system should take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time for each case that is entered. We sincerely appreciate your time for this investigation as we know you are extremely busy.

Please make sure you have histopathology reports for both the first and second mammary tumor available (but if you do NOT have one or both reports now, you can complete the trial up to the point where the system asks for the histopath information, and than come back later to complete the trial when you have the reports in front of you - in which case your previous answers will already be entered for you so you can continue the trial).
