Sharon M. Gwaltney-Brant, DVM, PhD, DABT, DABVT
Dr. Gwaltney-Brant has two board certifications in toxicology from the American Board of Veterinary Toxicology and American Board of Toxicology, plus a PhD in veterinary pathology. In addition to being a consultant for VIN, she also is an adjunct faculty member at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Illinois, and the department of pathology at the Universtiy of Florida. She has also been in private practice, was the medical director of the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center, and did a post-doctorate at the National Animal Disease Center.
