The lectures for this course will be presented in an audio format using the Zoom platform.

Registration is closed

Date: August 14, 2021
Time: 11:00am ET to 5:15pm ET (with a 45-minute break from 2:00-2:45 PM ET)      Time converter

If you work in general practice or emergency/critical care, you WILL see patients that have been exposed to toxicants. Patients that have been exposed to toxins not only can become very ill, but death can result from exposure or ingestion. As not all toxins are created equal, differences in approaches to these therapies will be highlighted. A wide range of individual toxins will be covered in depth, with a deep dive into all of these concepts for several common toxins in veterinary medicine. Attendees for this one-day conference, will obtain a solid foundation of understanding the core concepts to treating a poisoned patient.

Registrants MUST be present on the day of the live sessions to earn a certificate of participation. VSPN will issue video recordings of each presentation, but CE credit cannot be earned from watching the video replays. This conference is open to VSPN members for registration. This course has RACE approval for veterinary technicians (20-868284)
