The "do's and don'ts" of meeting with employees to review their evaluation and the importance of real time feedback and formal employee communication will be covered. Use of evaluations to make decisions regarding termination, wage increases, promotions, and layoffs as well as the various forms of evaluations – peer reviews, 360 degree reviews, and supervisor evaluations are incorporated in this session.
