Presentation Manager is a tool within the Unity classroom that creates, edits, and manages presentation files.

A presentation file contains one or more slideshow URLs. The slideshow URL refers to an XML file that provides information about the slideshow and references for all the slides within the slideshow. From the Presentation Manager you select a slideshow from the currently open presentation file. This slideshow is then sent in a Presenter window to all the users within the Unity classroom. The Presenter window loads and displays the slides specified in the slideshow XML file. Every user within the classroom will receive their own copy of the slideshow within their Presenter window. A slide can be an image, video, or iSpring animation.

For information on viewing the slides in a Presenter slideshow, see Presenter.

For information on using Presenter to show slides to the participants of a Real Time Session, see Presenter for Instructors.
