Select this option to display a private chat window available simultaneously to all the instructors, moderators, and staff in the classroom, but not to the participants.
Use All Staff for communication and coordination among instructors and CE staff while in Unity.

An instructor, moderator, or staff member who enters or re-enters the Conference Room when this window is in use will receive any text already displayed, up to a maximum of 100 lines of text, when he or she opens the All Staff window.

The All Staff window will be cleared of text 30 minutes after the last administrative-level user (instructor, moderator, or staff) leaves the Conference Room.

Whenever a new message is sent to either the All Staff window or a private chat window, the PRIVATE CHAT label on the tool bar will blink. Click on the PRIVATE CHAT label to display a drop list of on-going chat windows. The name of the chat window with new text will blink.

Select that entry from the PRIVATE CHAT list, and the chat window will display and gain focus.
