First Call rig goes directly to the designated first roadblock and is able to transport cattle and horses.

Second Call rig goes directly to the designated first roadblock and is able to transport llamas and smaller animals.

After First and Second Call rigs have been contacted, the dispatcher shall instigate the phone tree for the rest of the group.

Officers and Chiefs shall meet with Incident Commander at the staging area to evolve a preliminary action plan prior to further deployments.

Third call rigs meet at the staging area NOT the roadblock.

If you are unable to fulfill your on-call duty obligation YOU are responsible for finding your own replacement rig/driver/crew member from the pool of volunteers properly trained for that position and notifying the dispatcher on duty.

Rigs should be hitched, full gas tank, truck equipment box loaded, drinking water and other personal needs already aboard. Be sure the dispatcher knows how to reach you! Duty runs 8 am to 8 am (i.e., Saturday duty slot is 8 am Saturday until 8 am Sunday) unless other arrangements are made in advance.
