Customer/Tech Support Representative - California - eVetSitesⓇ
eVetSites provides websites for the veterinary profession. Serving colleagues for more than 15 years,
we are a division of Veterinary Information Network (VIN). W e work closely with veterinarians and their
staff to help design and create a professional and informative online presence.


We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Tech Support Representative with strong computer
and client relation skills in the Davis area. Experience in a veterinary-related field is preferred but not
required. Full-time position (8-5 PST, M-F) with benefits offered.


What you’ll be doing
You will use your positive attitude, caring nature and top-notch computer/tech/customer service skills
to make a daily impact on the veterinary practices using eVetSites websites.


Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls and responding to voicemails/emails, assisting with
billing issues and setting up charges, providing technical support for both websites and emails, updating
website content, assisting with domain and email transferring/mapping/troubleshooting, keeping
detailed notes while canceling/transferring/updating member accounts, and monitoring daily internal
flags and reports.


You will be required to multi-task and problem solve while working both independently and as a team
member, resolve technical issues by communicating solutions in an understandable language,
comfortably discuss and navigate different computer and email programs, display great note-taking
ability and attention to detail, remain patient while providing customer support via email and phone,
brainstorm with the team to help come up with ideas to resolve problems, and write clear/concise
emails with correct spelling and grammar.

Compensation: Semi-monthly Salary and Benefits


VIN pays 100% of employee-only VIN sponsored health insurance premiums: medical, dental, vision.
Currently, through a third-party administrator, VIN reimburses 100% of VIN sponsored employee-only
medical deductible-only expenses – and up to 75% of VIN sponsored dependent medical deductible-only
expenses.


401 k eligibility begins on the 91 st day of full-time employment: there is a dollar for dollar match, of VIN
earnings, up to 6% per pay period. (if employee contributes 1%, match is 1% - employee can contribute
up to 96% of their per pay period VIN earnings, VIN match will not exceed 6% per pay period)


PTO accrues from date of hire, but not eligible to use any accrued time, until 91 st day of full-time
employment: sick accrues 2.33hours per pay period, vacation accrues 3.33hours per pay period.


VIN pays on the 5 th and 20 th of each month. There are 24 pay periods each year.
Seven paid national holidays, including an extra day for Thanksgiving and for Christmas. (Not eligible for
holiday pay within the first two weeks of employment)
