Did you know that 50% of couple´s relationships end before completing two years and 75% just before 7 years? Causes: difficulty of communication between peers and, consequently, a lower quality in the understanding and continuity of relationships. Over 90% of people are on the list of indecisive and insecure about life. People indecisive tend to have more fear of commitment and relationships (love and business partnerships), and find it difficult to decide for anything at all. Therefore, if you want to move on, you must "stop" to seek information and advice on what should or should not be done in life, and get the most efficient responses!

For that, you must learn to change thoughts, attitudes and emotional habits you have developed throughout life and know how to build intelligent relationships.

 48% - Empower people or transitions of career inside company

 26% - Act as a sounding box 12% - dealing with behaviors

In this paper, in 97% of cases the coach was not hired to deal with personal issues of the executives, however, in the process, 76% of the 140 respondents coaches reported that they had to help on their personal issues.

Every coach helps the coachee (client) to answer three main questions:
