Stress and Wellness as a Vet Student and Beyond
2002 SAVMA Symposium
Deanna Russell, MD

Managing stress and developing healthy coping strategies are important skills that are best developed early in our veterinary careers. The aim of this seminar is to look at ways in which stress impacts a student's life, and how it can carry over into one's post-graduate career. In addition, healthy coping skills will be explored including an interactive exercise that explores values.
