Thom Haig, VIN's Co-Editor of Practice Management, hopes to provide you with snapshots of associate salaries and benefits in veterinary practices. Your answers will be confidential, but the compiled results will be displayed on VIN as a resource for VIN members to help them compare their salary policies. Co-mingled data (no names, just regional data) may be presented at veterinary conferences. The survey has 25 questions (maximum) and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. You will not see all the questions.
For salary, include all the money you are paid except benefits. For associates, that would be wages and bonuses.
You must have wage and benefit information to properly complete this survey.
If you are on production pay, you must know what is included in calculating your pay and benefits.
This time we are only looking at US and Canadian associates in GENERAL (non-specialty) PRACTICE to make the survey simpler and faster to take.
