Veterinary Pracitice Management

Veterinary Practice Management is an excellent source of information for veterinarians starting a practice and for established practice managers looking for guidance. Although it is primarily a British format, the business principles still apply. Local regulatory information and tax regulations differ in the USA, so some extrapolation will be necessary.

Included in the manual are chapters on starting your practice, staff motivation, account management, staff appraisal, record keeping, business marketing, and health and safety.

The administration and management of any practice is time consuming and sometimes bewildering. This book is an essential purchase for all practices.
