COVID-19 VACCINATE OR TEST MANDATE

President Biden issued an order in September for employers with at least 100 employees to either mandate vaccination for COVID-19, or require weekly testing.

On November 5, 2021, OSHA published the Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) to implement President Biden’s order. Most of the requirements apply December 6, 2021.

While the ETS requirements may not apply to most privately owned veterinary practices, many VINners work for corporations with well over 100 employees, and this page is dedicated to educating the VIN community as to both employer responsibilities and employee rights.

Rafi Moore's summary offers a timeline and FAQs.  Join the discussion here.
