DOCUMENT INDEX

The information on this page specifically concerns CE for veterinarians. Information regarding veterinary technician CE requirements may differ substantially.

For states that accept RACE approved courses, this website shows all currently approved courses:

This page will display future courses only. Use the drop-down box to display all events if you are verifying the status of a past course.

For states/provinces that do not accept RACE, but will accept VIN CE if has been approved by that state's board, you can check the status of individual courses below.

Note: This information is provided as a service only and should be current as of the date provided. However, it is always safest to contact the Veterinary Board in your jurisdiction for confirmation and information about the allowability of online CE.

Kansas is an odd state. According to their practice act, there is no requirement for CE for technicians. However, when the Board of Veterinary Examiners send out the annual renewal they ask for either 4 or 10 (No pattern, it varies from year to year) hours of CE each year. It is strictly on the honor system.
