Strategies For Success --
Positioning Your Practice Where It Needs To Be

  • Do you have the "perfect practice?"
  • Do you know what the upcoming trends are in veterinary medicine?
  • Do you jump out of bed each morning excited to start your day?
  • Do you know how to switch from doctor to manager to entrepreneur when necessary?

If you said "NO" to any of those questions, don't fret! VIN CE can help!

Strategies For Success: Positioning Your Practice Where It Needs To Be can help you create constructive change within your practice. Using a case-based approach, you'll examine external trends affecting your practice, explore your practice's strengths and weaknesses, create a new practice strategy (and devise an action plan to implement it), and learn how to use a business plan as a management tool. You'll also learn how to create vision, mission, and value statements for your practice.

Don Draper, DVM, PhD, MBA; Iowa State University
