Diamond Pet Foods recently discovered aflatoxin in foods manufactured in Gaston, South Carolina. They are investigating the extent of the contamination. Participants will learn to evaluate their current practices and, if needed, implement improvements that reduce the risk of theft, diversion or prosecution for failure to maintain an adequate system of security and accountability for controlled substances.

The Pharmaceutical Regulatory Review CE course will also review how drugs may be used in an extra-label manner, when compounded drugs are appropriate and what type of activities are an FDA enforcement priority.
