IgE reactivity to vaccine components in dogs that developed immediate-type allergic reactions after vaccination
The results obtained in this study suggest that immediate-type allergic reactions after vaccination in dogs were induced by type I hypersensitivity mediated by IgE directed to vaccine components. In addition, FCS, gelatin, and casein included in vaccines could be the causative allergens that induced immediate-type allergic reactions after vaccination in dogs.
Assessment of the reliability of plasma electrophoresis in birds
Plasma electrophoresis (EPH) was evaluated for reliability in 93 psittacine birds, using two different laboratories. Agreement of results between the two laboratories was excellent for total protein, and good for albumin, but there was poor agreement for other values of EPH. The authors conclude that plasma EPH measurement of protein fractions may not be a reliable tool for assessment of avian health.
In vitro comparison of three materials as apical sealants of equine premolar and molar teeth
Intermediate Restorative Material (IRM), a resin-modified glass ionomer, and amalgam all showed comparative features as apical sealants when used in vitro in equine teeth. IRM is currently regarded as the superior material in clinical situations due to its ease of handling and lesser sensitivity to environmental moisture during placement compared to the other 2 materials.

How To Handle My Disgruntled Associate
I would recommend paying compensation based on collected gross. If a check bounces or someone does not pay, she loses money as well. This is the risk of doing business. Total compensation should be about 25%. This includes take home pay, CE, insurance, dues, and 401k matching. It does not include your part of payroll taxes, FUTS, SUTA, Workman's comp. That is your cost of doing business. Now, the hard part is to figure out what she gets credit for and how to keep track of it.
The Hazards Of Ingested Gorilla Glue
I had a case about 1.5 yrs ago in a doberman. The glue cast was as big as the whole stomach -- 14" x 10" x 4".
Chiari-Like Malformation, COMS
This looks like a Chiari malformation. The cerebellum is compressed on the sagittal image and there is loss of the cerebellomedullary cistern. The clinical features (breed, age, clinical signs) are also consistent with this diagnosis.
