VINcasts: Like Music to Your Ears!
If you miss a VIN Rounds and don't have time to sit down and read the transcript, now you can listen to the VINcast from your computer or download it to your iPod or other MP3 player. And if the voice sounds familiar, you're not imagining things! It's VIN's own Nate Lissant! He scripts, records and edits the VINcasts. Let Nate know what you think.

The effect of a single dose of topical 0.005% latanoprost and 2% dorzolamide/0.5% timolol combination on the blood-aqueous barrier in dogs: a pilot study

Feline primary open angle glaucoma

Chronic paraphimosis
I suspect that elongating the prepuce surgically is what would be best for this dog, but how is this done? I was thinking of a releasing incision on either side of the tip of the prepuce where it joins the body, extending ahead of the tip to the new location.
Substitute for synotic?
Synotic has become very expensive and I wondered if anyone has another topical steroid they like that isn't so costly.
Extremely unhappy in internship where I am constantly berated and belittled by my mentor
I used to love coming to work in the morning, excited about the new cases I would see and the bonds I was forging with clients and fellow employees. Now, I dread coming to work, and my husband and relatives are really worried about me.
Ways to get off the phone with long-winded clients
One tip that helps keep calls brief is to stay on topic yourself. The more verbose you are, the more it gives the ok for your client to be also. Once the information you want to relay is given or a primary question is answered, you should be ending the call or setting up an appointment.
