Are We Seeing More Rude/Demanding/Unreasonable Clients?
When people walk into the office, they are annoyed about having to spend the money. They are not so much annoyed with us. They are annoyed that they have to come in the first place and spend money that they would rather spend elsewhere -- if they even have the money left over in their budget to spend.

Posting Office Hours
At our last staff meeting, a receptionist commented how people complained that we posted we were open from 8-8 pm but only saw appointments during certain times. Should I change my posted hours to reflect appointment hours, or should I have two posts?

Intersex Puppy? (Photos)
Until you have histopath on the gonads after surgery, +/- karyotype, you can't classify this one accurately yet. For the meantime, describing her as an intesex would be correct.
