Comparison of Results of Clinicians' Assessments, Cytologic Examination of Fine-Needle Lymph Node Aspirates, and Flow Cytometry for Determination of Remission Status of Lymphoma in Dogs
Results suggested that flow cytometry alone should not be relied on as a means for diagnosis, and that cytologic examination of fine-needle lymph node aspirates should be considered as the most accurate means of determining remission status.

Cyclosporine treatment of anal furunculosis in 26 dogs
Cyclosporine was effective at resolving or reducing anal furunculosis lesions in 25 of 26 dogs (96 percent). However, residual or recurrent lesions remain a potential problem, and surgical resection or long-term cyclosporine treatment may be necessary in some dogs.

Contract Concerns: Independent Contract Status And Production Pay Percentage

Cervical Vertebral Lesion In Doberman: How/Why To Do Traction Images, The Use Of A Neck Brace
Is there an alternative to a distraction fusion procedure for this 6 1/2yr old Doberman? Yes, I think there is. I think that we have helped many dogs with the use of a neck brace. This does not work when there is static compression -- only dynamic compression. It is imperative that the neck brace be incorporated to a girth around the thorax with braces over the back and between the front limbs. The "yes" motion of the head is allowed, but the movement of the entire neck up and down and side to side should be immobilized. The brace should stay in place for 6 - 8 weeks. This allows for organization and contraction of connective tissue. Any disc hernia should be then allowed to organize, fibrose, and contract.
