Abdominal Ultrasound of a Vomiting Cat; Nodular Hyperplasia Versus Liver Regeneration Nodules on Ultrasound; Visualization of Pancreas on Ultrasound
I think that there is a difference between nodular hyperplasia and regeneration nodules. Nodular hyperplasia nodules are usually (emphasis on "usually") hyperechoic. Regeneration nodules are usually sonolucent. Nodular hyperplasia can be located in a rather normal looking liver, but regeneration nodules are associate with chronic liver disease.
Do You Charge Family Members for Vet Services?
I don't know what to charge my sister....Her cats will definitely fill the surgery slots and I wouldn't be able to book any other surgeries--so I expect to charge my sister for some (if not all) of this. I don't want to alienate her but would like to be fair.
