On occasion, too many vaccines get reconstituted for a spay day or mobile spay/neuter clinic. As long as they are refrigerated or kept in a cooler with ice packs (but not frozen) they should be ok to use the same day, even in a shelter situation?
Do we need a business license?
Recently, a clinic that I have performed relief services for in the past is insisting that I need a business license so that they can prepare their taxes appropriately. For all other clinics that I have worked at, I have provided them with a W-9 form and included my social security number as my tax identification number without a problem. Am I operating illegally?

Get More From VIN! Search Tip: Increase the likelihood of your search returning the results you want by using PHRASES rather than SINGLE WORDS when you search: - Enter HEARTWORM ANTIGEN TESTS, not just HEARTWORM, if that's what you really want to search. - General terms like KIDNEY can sometimes be useful, but a more specific descriptor such as RENAL FAILURE or KIDNEY FAILURE is often more helpful. For more help and tips on searching see Steps To A More Effective Search.
