Education Purdue graduate 1967. 1967-69 Active duty US Army, schooled at Ft. Sam Houston, Chicago and stationed at Ft. Irwin, CA in the lovely Mojave Desert. Professional Activities 1969-71: Private practice in Detroit MI, 1971 - : Purchased a mixed animal practice in Indiana, and in 1976 converted it to a small animal only. Still operating it today with primary interests in surgery and anesthesia. Past Affiliations Past president of Michiana VMA. Taught CPR for 5 years under the auspices of the American Heart Association, and assisted in Advanced Life Support classes for medical personnel for 3 years for the AHA. Marital Status Married 43 years Children 3 sons aged 40, 38 and 30. Hobbies Golf, cooking, upland bird and waterfowl hunting, and golf.
