- The Glasgow Coma Scale

found that the modified Glasgow Coma Scale is a useful index for prediction of outcome in dogs with head trauma. The clinician simply assigns a numerical value for the patient in three categories (motor activity, brain stem reflexes, and level of consciousness) to obtain a total score which is prognostic in over 50 percent of cases.

Good self-testing section using excellent fundic photos. The interesting Eye Simulation section is an interactive section simulating ocular movement and pupillary responses to light.
