CLEARING CACHE, COOKIES, AND BROWSING HISTORY

You should get into the habit of clearing cache, cookies, and history on a regular basis for each of your browsers. We will provide instructions for clearing cache, cookies, and history on some of the more common varieties of internet browsers. DO THIS WEEKLY (i.e., before attending a real-time session). It will not affect your favorites, bookmarks, or saved website addresses.

NOTE: The following are generic instructions about clearing temporary internet files. The specifics, e.g., menus and wordings, for individual versions of the software may differ slightly. If you experience difficulties, contact VIN's technical support team at 1.800.846.0028 ext 127 (Wally) or 1.530.756.4881 (outside the US). They will also provide assistance if you have a different operating system version or browser.
