Psssst! Its no secret! We are all seeing more and more cats in our practices... feel befuddled and frustrated? Want a refresher and an update on feline medicine? Well, take a look at *this*!
TOPICS AND INSTRUCTORS:
Feline Medicine Update and Review.
This 11 week course will address feline medicine by body systems in a practical, pathophysiological, largely case-oriented approach. Through ten, weekly, two hour interactive sessions given by specialty or species specialists, the participant will gain knowledge and through board discussions with these specialists, confidence in handling their own cases.

Sept 25/00: oncology (Phil Bergman)
Oct 2/00: Infectious diseases update: what's new and needs knowing (Margie Scherk)
Oct 9/00: endocrine disorders: hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus and adrenal disorders (Margie Scherk)
Oct 16/00: cardiology (Paul Pion)
Oct 23/00: pulmonology (Brendan McKiernan)
Oct 30/00: Uncomplicating LUTD (Margie Scherk)
Nov 6/00: Inappropriate Elimination (Ilana Reisner)
Nov 13/00: Therapeutic implications of renal insufficiency(Margie Scherk)

Discussions will begin on the start date of the course, and will continue for one week following the last real time session.

$240 on or before August 29th, $280 after August 29th

COURSE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY
Withdrawal prior to the listed start date of a course entitles the registrant to a complete refund or a credit toward a future VIN CE course, whichever is preferred. Withdrawal within 1 week after the listed start date (i.e. including no more than one real-time session) entitles the registrant to a credit toward any future VIN CE course. (Does not apply to courses with only one real-time session.) After the first real-time session, a registrant may withdraw due to special circumstances and receive prorated credit towards a future VIN course. These requests will be handled on an individual basis. The amount of the prorated credit will be determined based on 65% of the time remaining in the course at the time of withdrawal. It is not possible to withdraw retroactively. Note: To ensure rapid handling of your request for withdrawal, we recommend that you call the VIN office at 1-800-700-INFO.
